Hendrickson offers many manual and automatic controls to exhaust air suspensions, various air and electric-over-air liftable controls, as well as height control and pressure protection valves. Our engineering staff includes personnel with air control knowledge unique in the industry.

Features and Benefits

Hendrickson’s lift air control technology has a new release, the HLC Series, which features a single-valve solution. Our customers are given a choice between two configurations within the HLC Series: the HLC-SSI Series 1 (Self-Steerable) and the HLC-NSI Series 1 (Non-Steerable). Whether opting for the self-steerable or non-steerable versions, our kits are engineered to enhance your fleet’s performance. Each kit offers effortless installation, directly replaces the previous generation HAC kits, and was developed for seamless integration for new builds and service replacements.

Both HLC Series kits endured rigorous environmental testing and are built to withstand extreme applications. Additionally, simplified plumbing with fewer connections and convenient push-connect functionality streamlines the installation process.

The SSI is equipped with an electric-actuated toggle switch and features an integrated relay with a connector. Distinguishing itself with a unique ‘lift on reverse’ capability and the option to control ride spring pressure per axle independently, the SSI simplifies wiring, facilitating a more straightforward installation.

Designed with manual push-pull operation, the NSI is ideal for applications that don’t require the ‘lift on reverse‘ feature. Whether you prefer the SSI's functionality or the NSI's simplicity, Hendrickson is providing you with the controls you desire to manage your fleet.
