RS Rubber Walking Beam Suspensions

Features and Benefits

  • Specially formulated rubber load cushions absorb shock and provide stability for severe service, high center of gravity, and offset-load applications
  • Fabricated equalizing beams (40,000 to 46,000-lb. capacity) are robotically welded to create a strong, reliable box structure, with a superior strength-to-weight ratio
  • Hangers are constructed of rugged, heavy-duty steel
  • Proven equalizing beam design provides exceptional axle articulation for punishing job sites
  • Rugged, cast aluminum saddle helps save weight
  • Bar pin beam end connections extend service life and allow axle alignment capability for increased tire life
  • Heavy-duty bronze center bushings are standard on 46,000-lb. to 52,000-lb. capacity suspensions to deliver maximum durability
  • Durable high confinement rubber center bushings (40,000-lb. capacity) offer reduced maintenance for fewer rebushings over the life of the vehicle
  • Ideal for use with lift axles
  • Weight ratings up to 120,000 lbs. to meet higher capacity requirements
