Compliance

Hendrickson’s products and services are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations enforced by the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, as well as regulations enforced by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. It is Hendrickson’s policy to comply fully with these requirements, as well as requirements under the export and import laws and regulations of other countries. Without limitation, all parties acquiring Hendrickson products and services are responsible for obtaining all licenses or other approvals from the U.S. Government necessary for acquiring, exporting, reselling, re-exporting or otherwise transferring or retransferring Hendrickson products and services. This includes restrictions and prohibitions against any transfer to (1) anyone on the U.S. Government’s Consolidated Screening List, any country subject to U.S. economic sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine), or any end use involving the development, production, or use of nuclear power, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.

Commitment to the Fight Against Modern Slavery

This report is prepared pursuant to the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) (in effect since January 1, 2024). It sets out the commitment, renewed annually, of Hendrickson and its subsidiaries targeted by the legislation (collectively, “Hendrickson”, “we” and “our”) to prevent modern slavery, child labour, forced labour, and human trafficking in all activities and relationships with partners. It describes the measures in place at Hendrickson to achieve this.
